Who is the data controller
The data controller is a natural person operating this website under the name Shibari Concept. Contact: contact@shibariconcept.com.
What data we process and why
Newsletter: we process your email address and IP address (as proof of consent and protection against abuse) on the basis of your consent, for the purpose of sending new texts. You confirm your consent via double opt-in — by clicking the link in the verification email. Traffic: we measure visits through Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without profiling, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website.
Who we share data with
We send emails through the Postmark service. The website and analytics run on Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, Turnstile form protection). Both are processors that handle the data only for the stated purposes.
How long we keep data
We keep your email and IP address for the duration of your subscription. After you unsubscribe, we permanently delete them within 31 days. You can request complete deletion at any time at contact@shibariconcept.com. Traffic data is aggregated and not linked to you personally.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify and erase it, to withdraw your consent (you can unsubscribe with a single click in every email), and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
What is stored in your browser
The website stores only technical data in your browser: age confirmation (until you close the tab), your choice to turn off analytics, your light/dark mode, and a temporary Turnstile form-protection token. We do not use any advertising cookies.
